it is a personal money order. some bank allow you the cancel the payment if it's not been cashed yet.

i don't understand, the seller must already got the money, but he didn't send me the keyboard till now, so he is the fraud and I did the right thing according Ebay customer service directions. How come I became the 被告者？真是头大
