Help! Six years old fell in p.s. and suffered fracture.

1. My six years old, attending K in New York public school. She fell from 6+ feet public school playground fixtures at about 12:30pm. There were no teachers/assistant watching closely.

2. The school denied her to call our parents. The school nurse told her she was okay.

3. Between 12:30 to 2:40, she was accompanied by an assistant. She was sweating, trembling and crying.

4. At 2:40pm, I went to pick her up from school, her class teacher told me, "I believe she is okay."

5. After picked her up, I immediately sent her to our family pediatrician and then the pediatrician sent her to medical imaging center. And she was found suffered a fracture (broken bone) on her left wrist.

Anybody has any suggestions that how we should deal this matter with the school?
