Wrong! If less than a month, yes.

She is not 陌生人. Anyone live the same place more than one month, you have to have court order to through him/her out.

You can call police, she can do the same thing. If you had any body contact, you may end up in jail, especial landlord vs. tenant. NY had many those kind cases.

The law tries to protect poorer, because to through anyone out to the street, the government has to pick him up.
