房客托欠房租，可以现在赶她走吗？？求助！！

我们家的房客欠了我们三个月（3，4，5月）的房租了，跟我们说她没钱，会尽力还，但她不肯给我们一个期限，怪只怪我们当初一时偷懒，又乱相信人，没有签 lease，现在后悔也晚了。她是一个什么样的人？她是一个你绝对不会想到会拖欠房租的人，she has two MA degrees, both from top 10 universities. 所以也在此提醒大家不管什么样的人，都不要乱信赖。现在想让她签一份欠条，她也不肯签。现在我们可以把她立刻赶出去吗？有没有提前30天通知的说法，也就是说：我们今天跟她说让她走，她还可以住30天，严重希望这不是真的。不过既然我们没有签lease，是不是这个提前30天通知的说法也不用遵守。望大家指教。谢谢！！被这个房客折磨得快不行了。stupid us!!
