She is from Fu Zhou, one of those illegal-immigrant-turned-legal-type, extremely feisty. She flat out told me she won't tell me how to spell her name. I mainly deal with her daughter, but she is not the person on the leasing agreement the mother signed with the landlord. So any complaint should involved the mother instead of the daughter. Should I call the police to deal with the situation?
