I tried to negotiate many times, she is very firm on her position. She is probably doing things according to the customary way of rental agreement among people from Fu Zhou. They think it is perfectly normal and legal. It is very difficult to talk to her. I will get her name and applied for a hearing at the court TV show "Judge Judy" so that I don't have to pay registration fee. I only have to apply online and show up when it is time for the hearing. I think it is taped in NYC.
