I want to deal this situation peacefully and not be in a loss-loss position. That is why I am here to seek advice from you.

I never wanted or intented to argue with my tenant. I have a busy full time job, and left no energy to deal with all the stuff like this.

I did all I can do to satisfied his request. But his attitude is geting worse and worse.... Because he thinks he can geting everything from us and take advantage from us too. It is very frustrated and exhausted for me.

That is why I want him to leave since my baby is due next month, and my in-laws will move in with us at the end of year. And I do want this situation to be resolved peacefully and not have to go to court or lawyer... I don't know if I have energy to do it since I will have a new born to take care...:)
