I hope that I am thinking too much. Since my tenant is not a nice person, he has never have any respect to us, and eveytime he talked to me always use the word "Law", even they are not necesaary at all. Like he is always late for the rent, there was one time, he was late for 2-3 weeks, then he said:" By law, I only need to pay you $25 late fee, that's it."

When he ordered his own telephone line, he called SBC, but he does not want to pay the charge for technician to come out which is $125, and he tried to put responsiblities to us, said by law, he needs to have phone Jack working for him, if any expense involed, we need to pay for it.

So many these kind of things happened, I am pretty exhausted and knowing he is a trouble maker ...

How I wish I am just think too much :)
