芝加哥机场存在严重歧视！

亲身经历：提早到机场(O'hare)，希望可以赶早几班的飞机回家，可是，接连两趟都被来得还晚的美国人把空座位给拿走了。找到她们理论，给的结果是“没有先来后到，愿意给谁就给谁”。

大家有这样的经历吗？如果真的想投诉一下，哪里去呢？或者以后遇到类似的情况，怎么办呢？
