任何情况下都不要使用NETZERO /JUNO

去年因为搬家, 有时需拨号上网. 使用了NETZERO/JUNO 的服务. 给了他们CREDIT CARD 号.
结果被他们多次CHARGE, 还不能CANCEL 服务.

已经通过CREDIT CARD 公司DISPUTE, 但他们又反过来REBUTTAL.

今天接到CREDIT CARD 公司的信, 要我再次跟公司写信确认
"I have reviewed the merchant rebuttal and still confirm I did not make, nor authorize this transaction to my MasterCard, nor have benefitted from it in any manner."

这个确认有时限, 今天已过了时限好多天. 因为我以不住在原趾, 没有及时受到信. 现在要被这个骗子公司多收钱了. CHARGE BACK 又重新出现在CREDIT CARD 单上了. 而且要我自己去跟JUNO 打交道了. CREDIT CARD 已经不再管了. 因为时限已过.

怎么办呢? 就这样让他们多收吗?
