I would keep calling Juno customer service. Last year,I cancelled my Juno service. The date I called to cancel was 2 days later than their billing date. So I got the bill. I called them and the first one person told me That I can't get my money back. She said it did not matter I used their service or not. I was mad. I called the customer service again and complaint. The guy I talked to helped me. You need to ask to talk their manager. Don't get off the phone. Keep telling them you don't accept their answer.
