medical board 不是用来做费用纠纷的。

楼主的情况直接去和医生说，通常会免掉的。 要注意的是不要和office manager 去争论。 我收到过很多病人直接写给我的信， 有各种各样的理由要求减免（write off). 我给billing office 打个电话就过去了。 最烦的是那些动不动要law suit的。
