倒霉的账单

女儿去年的医疗费，医生寄错了地址，又将错地址给了收债公司，账单寄了一年多，我本人都不知道，最后在我的credit report上记了一笔，等知道时，保险公司也因过了时效不报，这该找谁说理去啊？实在是冤，却又无法更正信用记录，不知道如何是好。真倒霉。唉。。。。。。
