请教: 可以把玛丽莲.梦露的形象放在Business website上面吗?

不知美国和加拿大的版权和肖像法各是怎么规定的? 是不是在死后30年(或者年?)即可用其肖像而不算侵权?

玛丽莲.梦露逝于1962年8月.
