most likely, no. in general, copyright is author's life plus 70 years. whatever the portrait you intent to use, most likely, Marilyn Monroe's estate or the photographer or maybe a corporation own(s) the copyright (or jointly). Don't confuse copyright with right of publicity (which is what others are talking about here) - in this case, photographer can sue for copyright infringment, but only Marilyn's estate has a claim on the violation of right of publicity.
