The research work that I did as a postdoc in a University was published by the boss after I left his group. The Funny thing is that he moved my name from the first author to the fourth one. The entire work was done by myself, nobody else. Several paragraphs of the article (including the schemes and figures)were simply the copy of the draft I wrote and left for him. I was totally shocked and outraged when I saw the article. I do not want to accept it. The article has already been published. What should I do? Could I sue him? I have all the evidence that the work was done by me. Could anybody give me some advice? Thanks in advance
How to deal with this
