几个关于购房贷款合同中的问题,请高手指点,急等!!!

1. payment : if you pay off your loan early,you
1) will not have to pay a penalty.
2) will not be entitled to a refund of part of the finance Charge
Finance Charge: the dollar amount the credit will cost you assuming the annual percentage rate does not change.

那么:
如果我每月比minimum 多付点贷款,是不是我可以在最后减少总的 Finance Charge,但第二句话是社么意思?难道是指我即使提前多付每月的payment,我还是不能得到Finance Charge的相应减免,只能是没有penalty而已?或者是其他意思?

最后关于 Finance Charge 的说明又是社么意思?
