因为不知道你LP的H1B有没有免税之说， 如果有就

用免税， 别的什么都不要也划算， 如果没有我假定她03年全年是H1， 你用VISA是F1 的OPT， 这样你们有几种选择：
1。按RA合报， 你自愿放弃F1的TAX TREATY （如果你还有的话〕跟你LP按RA报税。
2。分开报，看看这个连接：
http://www.irs.gov/businesses/small/international/article/0,,id=96729,00.html，如果你LP符合可以她按HH报， 你按NRA报。
