We deposited the check at ATM of suntrust. We have the slip.
And we gave the copy of the posted check of BoA and slip to Suntrust. However, they still ask us to fill a dispute form.
Our point is there is no dispute but mistake of suntrust. We feel they want mislead us and hide their fault. The truth is our money is in suntrust and not in our account.
