想跟各位了解在北美离婚对孩子归属问题.

LG有外遇闹离婚,女方没有工作,想起孩子的将来非常痛心.不知道这种情形女方是否可以得到孩子的抚养权?(外遇的证据是很难拿的,本人也不想把精力花在这里)
