His company is obligated by law to disclosure ALL his assets and income information to me.

All assets after marriage must be divided according to law. 
The condition is just 'AFTER MARRIAGE', nothing else. 

如果放手，那容易的很，填FL-180, FL-135, FL-343,...交给法庭，

法官鉴字就可以了. 

隐瞒财产就是不合法，要是赖帐就可以，那还要法律干什么.
