（急）求助：告房东的court hearing被取消了

之前租房子搬出后黑房东不退押金，我告到了small claims court，但是房东没有respond,之后我file 了default hearing,本来下周就要hearing了，结果前几天房东突然寄来了信回复"general denial" the claim, 然后我今天收到信法庭竟然把hearing cancel了，变成了set to the medicaion to later date......我不同意mediation,因为这个恶心房东就是在拖延时间，他们现在不住在美国，他们在卖他们的出租屋，卖完了他们人都找不到了，我该怎么办？跪求建议。。为了寻求公正已经花了很多金钱，时间，和精力，真的是意难平。。。
