Don't worry, it is very easy. In theory, H-4 visa is impossible to be rejected unless a lack of documents.

Documents your hu*****and should have :
1. A copy of your Form I-797 (I advise you use the original Form I-797)
2. Copies or originals of your visa papers and passport.
3. Letter from your university verifying employment offer.
4. Copies or originals of your last paycheck
5. The Affidavit of Support, Form I-134
6. Marriage certificate
7. Birth certificates for your children
8. Application for a visa, Form OF-156

Additional documents:
1. Your bank statement
2. Copies of the last three paycheck
3. If possible, the copies of all the document your university used to appy for your H-1B
