Thank you very much for your help.Sorry I have one more question.
My first H-1 visa will expire in Oct.I haven't apply the extension yet.Also I have submitted I140 but haven't heard anything .I am very worried if these facts will affect the visa.How to answer the question in the DS-156 form "has anyone ever filed an immigration visa petition on your behalf?" before he goes to apply for the visa ? should he say "yes?" or "no"?
Please help me,I really appreciate your help.
