写个律师信过去，附上准备起诉的诉状。起诉： breach of contract/breach of convenant of good faith and fair dealing; negligence/negligent misrepresentation; 你们州的consumer protection act; fraud/fraudulent misrepresentation; 在加个联邦的法 violation of the magnuson-Moss warranty improvement act, 因为第一家是warrantor。可以把后期需要维修的费用算在negligence/negligent misrepresentation 上
