"后来seller agent 又发给我lead paint disclosure，卖家有签字，日期是在closing 后。这个文件从开始到closing都没给我看过，要我waive the opportunity to conduct a risk assessment or inspection for the presence of lead-based paint and/or lead-based paint hazards. 另一个option是‘received a 10-day opportunity (or mutually agreed upon period) to conduct a risk assessment or inspection for the presence of lead-based paint and/or lead-based paint hazards“。 这个卖家太可恶了，不想这么轻轻松松放过卖家，请问我能问他们要钱吗？在我们州法律明文要求在p&S之前disclose。其间seller多次说谎，算不算欺诈？"
