U know this is considered constructive fraud...useless...the wife can ask the court to investigate all the transactions like this within 3 years prior to the divorce petition and to vacate all these transactions.

你的父母作旁证...I don't consider this as useful either. they at most are biased witensses...jurors or judge won't put too much weight on their testimony. especially when you 把房子，车和其他财产转到你的父母名下, they have interest here...not credible at all.
