我跟男房客和女房客分别签的合同，里面有这两条:

  1. Subject to the provisions of this Lease, apart from the Tenant, no other persons will live in the Property without the prior written permission of the Landlord.
  2. No guests of the Tenants may occupy the Property for longer than one week without the prior written consent of the Landlord.

法官说，男房客违反了第一条，女房客就是beneficiary. 

现在的铁证就是这个14 天，房东如果在14天之内没有纠正，就不对了。
