地点马萨诸塞州 我们闹离婚，我老婆生气已经丢下小孩回国了。 难处： 1，房子还有贷款，名字是两个人的 2，两个未成年小孩在美国 问题： 1，我能不能申请离婚？我这种情况复杂吗？要很长时间吗！ 2，房子怎么处理？她不在美国，我一个人还款能力不够，我要是打算卖怎么办？ 3，小孩监护权？ 4，法院会判我给她赡养费吗？ 谢谢 谢谢 真的有困难了！
