LG买房没有把我加入TITLE有什么后患?

我在加拿大,没有工作.LG最近买了房子,大部分都是他一个人去跑的(贷款,找经纪什么的).前两天告诉我说去签字买房了. 去到律师那里发现,所有合同的TITLE都是他,我只是去签了一份据说是承认自己知道自己不在TITLE里的文件,就是承认自己不是房主.在此之前,我并不知道是去签这样的东西.LG在律师面前说,这样做是防止万一有一天自己破产不殃及我,另外还有考虑到税的问题,万一要卖房子也要有我的签字才可以等等.律师似乎也首肯了他的说法.他那么说了,而且已经在那种状况下,我也只有签字了.

现在总在想这件事情,心情很不开朗,只有到这里问问这里的GGJJ们,是不是我想的太多了呢?我都想到了离婚,感觉很难受.

想在这里问问大家,我这种情况,会有什么后患?我该相信LG的话吗?可以给些关于加拿大的法律方面的信息吗? 我这样子是不相信他了,我也感到抱歉.但是这次我真的有非常挫败的心情.哭.....
