W2，SSN号码被人看了，

刚才收到我的W2，拿到手一看信封根本没封口！而且纸皱巴巴的，肯定有人已经看过我的全部信息！这还是第一次出现这样的事情。我想1.29号打电话给HR说如果有人拿我的SSN号码做坏事，比如开信用卡啥的，我要SUE他们。太气人！请问我可以这样做吗？谢谢！
