关于出庭作证

想问下这里的能人。一个牙医，突然被传票去法庭做证。好像必须得去。

那问问这牙医可不可以要求经济补偿？一天的收入没了。损失很大。至少两千美金，这是毛收入。员工的工资等还要照付。
