俺的证人Subpoena上是这么写的：
“As a Witness, you may be entitled to witness fees and/or mileage for your appearance in court. While it is the policy of the District Attorney not to pay such fees except in cases of hardship, you may inquire about your circumstances when you check in with the District Attorney's Offie prior to the hearing. (P.C.1329.1)"
