how big is ur business?

if it is a small one, just treat it as a hobby, u do not need to worry about tax at all so long u do not sell inside ur state, and when u apply for income tax, just put it as a hobby.

e.g. like mine, i do not sell inside my state, even sometimes i make over 4000 bucks a mon., but half of myevery things, our mortgage, tel.bills, utility bills, my travelling costs and the like can be counted as my business expense, so towards the end, i lose money.

the only thing u worry is to develop ur market.
