I have not started the business in the usa yet. However, the product is designed, and the first output seems to be successful. I agree with you, the major thing to worry about is the market.

Thank you very much indeed for your advices. I guess I may have to talk to a lawyer about the legality. But at least from this round of answers, I know I can register a company legally. That is very important.
