I understand the confusion and like I said we will rectify this situation quickly for you. What I can do for you is refund you the $37 even though technically you did not pay for it out of pocket since your insurance paid $433.15 over what we originally quoted you as an estimate for the procedures performed. The $7.20 I am unable to refund you only because those are debit adjustments made to equal out the amounts of what we should have charged you per your negotiated rates of your insurance company for the buildup on teeth #3 and 4 and also the filling on #5.
