去年找pest control来了一次 treated termites. 有个合同是这样写的. 第 3 条有点含糊，是每年自动 renew 吗？问了房客，房子里已经没有白蚁痕迹了， 还需要主动去 cancel contract 吗？
1) For the sum of $595, xxx agrees to treat the above described property for the control of subterranean termites.
2) This contract will be valid for a period of 1 year. If termites should reappear during the contract period, xxx will re-treat at no additional cost to the customer.
3) This contract will be renewable for each additional year for $95 per year. After 5 years, xxx may re-negotiate the annual renewal fee. There is a 60 day grace period for payment of yearly renewal before cancellation.
