我该怎么办?

我有驾照,但是没有保险,因为车是朋友的.不小心刹车撞了别人车车尾bumper,会有什么可能发生?谢谢.

对方看起来有60岁,是老头,西装革履的.
没有报警,只留下了我的驾照号,联系方式,对方的联系方式,我的车牌和车主姓名.

我该怎么办?
