甲方帮助乙方还债，等于赠予乙方财产，离婚的时候算乙方的。所以我重申，不要用共同账户还债。

但是，假设乙方自己还债，家庭费用甲方出大部分甚至极大部分，这个怎么算呢？非常难算，如果甲方气不过，最好立prenup讲清楚。否则离婚的时候讲不清的。
