Student Loan Issue for a young couple who is getting married.

请教：

我的一个同事，31岁，因为half-Chinese, 所以比较熟。最近她问我如何处理她与她fiancee 的经济问题。我一听，就主张她找family attorney /financial adviser 咨询。

过后想想，是个普遍现像，不禁想问问这里的专家。

她的fiancee 是个real estate attorney in Florida, 36 岁，student loan 240K+, 她本人工作很好，收入在110-130K之间，几年前已还清student loan, no debt, very good financial standing. 因为在两地 , 她现在不惜take pay cut去Florida （Florida 工资水平普遍比我们要低很多）。她担心结婚后如何处理对方的student loan. 如果她一心帮他还贷，将来离婚，经济上会有什么不利的因素。是否应该有个婚前协议？

我儿子刚上大学，将来也许会碰到同样的问题。只是想了解一下从法律角度来看，如何做到合法合理又合情？
