物管要我出一笔费用

有一笔大约3000刀的修理费用， 物管要我出。 我已经列出了这笔费用不应该我出的诸多理由， 而且也同物管及board members 当面陈述了我的理由。 但是他们商量过后又来信通知我他们仍然坚持我支付这笔费用。 因为我也坚持认为错不在我， 我绝对不付。 如果在双方各执己见的情况下， 需要请律师吗？ 3000刀数额不小， 但又没有大到请律师的程度。 来这里求教怎么办维护我自己的权益， 对付他们我单枪匹马寡不敌众， 但也不想任人宰割。
