我的回复-撞车逃逸


官司已经结束，最后是罚金100，XX费50
法庭费257.5，全部费用407.5，案子结束。


但是是律师让我认罪的情况下，我们商讨了
几次，因为已经出庭3次，而我无论如何也没有
时间，精力往返打官司，想许多情况下是无奈吧。
律师说要快只能是认罪，否则大家耗，我是时间
耗不起了。



当时和律师讨论的结果几种
1，500罚款和一年监禁 (不认罪的可能)
      然后上诉，结果未知
2，罚款和数个月禁止驾驶(认罪的可能),不监禁
3，更多罚款和(XX)处罚(认罪的可能),不监禁

认罪的结果，我是十个指头按指纹，留下犯罪记录
了吧。

当时法庭有20，30人左右，律师有7，8个，
政府律师一个人就有7，8个官司人，共有3个政府律师。
当场手铐3个，其它法庭带过来2个带手铐，当时我想
如果判我有罪，可能也当场带手铐，不能回家了吧。

 

 

最后的结果,法官谢谢我等待数个小时，我是最后几个
之一，警察和对方都缺习，我下楼付了支票回家了。
