receive the called detail but

Thanks for all the help and advice.
i just receive the called detail from the long distance company. it looks like typing from Microsoft Excell, totally different from previous bills. Also, no total amount and total call duration from called details. i calculate by myseft, there are about $2 dollar different. Not only this, they charges me 'other taxes & surcharges' which not happenned in previous bills.

The big problem is, the bill i received druing May,it's billing closing date:May 19, 2004.
payment due by june 10, 2004.
I check my bank statement record, they cashed my check on June 09,2004. During that time, they stop my service. however, the bill I receive today, the called details including from April 12, 2004 to june 05, 2004.
I think i m not going to paid the bill because they sent the bill after 8 months and stopped the service without notice me. Also, too many errors.
Please give me more advise. thank you.
