thx for your advice. I told them that i refused to pay the bill because it's not relevance and reliable. however, they kept saying they have all the called detail records and i can't refused to pay.
I won't remember all the called details even if they send them to me because they are sending sth relate to 8 months ago. if i receive the bill after i come back from China, do u think I should call them or let just let them keep sending me bill?
