你的房子即有市政下水，又有消化池，岂不应该比只有一种下水的房子贵？

玩笑开完，书归正传，一个房子是什么下水，房子政府记录上应该有公开，因为装septic是要permit的。如果这个tank是无照装修，你说不定有个案件。
