买了房子后，才发现8个有下水的地方， 6个都走septic tank。 卖方经纪从来没提septic tank问题，怎么办？

 卖方经纪从来没提septic tank问题，文件显示下水是走市政。

可不可以告卖主和经纪，故意隐瞒，要求赔偿，毕竟房子使用septic tank要便宜。
