办 Living Trust, 还有必要做 Will 吗？

我正在办Living Trust， 我和太太都是 Trustees (共同拥有）， 全部财产都会在Trust 名下。 律师同时也为我和太太准备了各自的Will。问题是，既然有Living Trust（能避免state probation process)，还有必要办一份will吗（不能避免state probation process)？

虽然，我单位有 Hyatt Legal cover (每月交16刀），不用自己付，所以律师想多收入也无所谓。但问题是，我需要吗？如果需要，那么，哪部分的财产放在 will 里 要比放到 living trust 里好呢？为什么呢？
