一个人拥有和trust拥有是两回事

我作为个人拥有一个房子，不等于我的trust拥有。即使我是trust的唯一的trustee。

好比我作为个人拥有一个房子，不等于我的LLC拥有这个房子。即使我是LLC的主席总理加执行官。

Steve Jobs的房子，不属于Apple Inc，即使他拥有100% Apple股票。

Jeff Bezos买下华盛顿邮报，不等于Amazon买下华盛顿邮报。

一个人和这个人全权管理的机构（trust，LLC， Corp）是两个概念，我不知道我能再如何简单地向你解释了。
