请教医疗费用问题

我最近做了白内障手术。事前被告知 Lens  是 $2500， 如果选择和Laser 一起做则Lens可以得到优惠价只需付$1500，（Laser $2000， Lens $1500）总共 $3500， 且这笔钱是不报送保险公司的，要自己付费。当时他们没有给我任何有关Lens的信息，所以我签字同意。手术后，给了我一个卡片上面是我的lens的所有信息， 网上一查，相同的vendor, model, everything is the same只要八百多。有种被欺骗的感觉。

请问向这种情况我该怎么办？白白被骗吗？

我和自己的保险公司联系过，但因为这笔费用是不报到保险公司的（not eligible for coverage or deductable)，所以没有任何adjustment，他们也不管。

另外钱在手术前都已付清。
