Security deposit

This is the original sentence:
This lease contract will automatically renew momth-to-month unless either party gives at least 45 days written notice of termination or intent to move-out as required by paragraph 37.

谢谢回复，我给她通知时，她并没有说什么， 如果提及必须45天提前通知，我可以推迟搬家时间，这对我并不是urgent move. I saw her busy with letting new tenant moving in, I moved out on time with her permission. This is a pitfall I did not realize it. Good lesson!
